Light vitality is the essential fuel of life for thriving on Earth. Sunlight and darkness trigger the release of hormones in our brain which affects our mood. Like all life we who live in the northern hemisphere are not exempt from the seasonal changes. During this time of the year the shorter hours of daylight and warmth affect our energy levels. Many of us may choose to migrate south like other species, while most adapt to the changing environment.
How best to bridge the lack of light is up to you. Remember you have an eternal light inside of you. You are light energy! It might be seen as a flickering flame or a giant bonfire, but it’s there, and it’s ready for you to recognize it and let it get brighter and stronger. When we are inspired by new creative ideas, or positive interactions, we speak about a “light bulb” turning on. When we’ve gained a better perspective on a situation, we look at it “in a new light.”
Encourage the light that is inside of you to grow and expand. It will burn so brightly that you will feel as if the days and nights are filled with amazing light that is stronger than the sun. Not only will you be raising your own vibration by living in light and acting from a framework of positivity, but you will also be helping to raise the vibration of the whole planet!
