Vibration: Me, Myself and I

Everything in the universe is made up of energy vibrating at different frequencies. Even things that look solid are made up of vibrational energy fields at the quantum level. The truth is that instinctively, on both a primal and intuitive level, we can sense that not only is everything composed of energy, but this energy varies in its quantity and quality in our everyday lives.

In fact, each of us has a personal vibration that communicates who we are to the world and helps shape our reality. Are you consciously aware of your vibration?

One of the easiest ways to determine whether you are vibrating at a “high frequency” or a “low frequency” or somewhere in between at any given time, is by paying attention to how you physically feel. Do you feel light, energized, clear and healthy? Chances are you are experiencing high vibration. On the other hand, if you feel weighed down, repressed, oppressed, stuffy or heavy, you are most likely operating on a low vibration. These levels continuously shift from moment to moment through innate awareness and conscious choice.

If your vibration is low it will be evident. Perhaps your health is poor or you have come in contact with a negative person or situation. It's simply a matter of first being aware and then consciously lifting your thoughts through relaxed breathing, grounding, and centering of your inner forces. Part of this awareness is to realize that like energy attracts energy. When your vibration is high, you are more likely to attract those positive, motivating people or events into your life, you flow with energy; and realize new uplifting opportunities to grow.

What does it feel like to be you? Spirit-Mind? Soul? Body? To achieve your optimum vibration,

  • Be conscious of your thoughts and own them. Everything you think, say or feel becomes your reality.

  • Pay attention to how certain foods make your body feel. Living foods vibrate at high frequencies where highly processed foods will leave you vibrating lower..

  • Be grateful by focusing on what is already abundant in your life.

  • Get your energy pumping. Vibration requires movement, the more you are aware, mentally physically and spiritually, the wider the range and intensity of understanding.
